The hotel was located in a central area of the city close to many attractions. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. there were some complimentary snacks offered in the lobby.
The negatives outweighed the positives during my stay. The staff had poor communication skills and were unable to understand or speak basic English or even Chinese.

The hotel's location was great, within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. the room had a nice view of the city and was reasonably spacious. Our beds were comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options provided.
The staff appeared uninterested in providing good customer service. Some couldn't speak English and even those who could, had limited skills.

The hotel had a decent location with some great local restaurants nearby. the room was spacious and had an amazing view of the city from the window. the bed was incredibly comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.
The customer service was terrible. None of the staff spoke English well, which made it difficult to communicate even basic needs.
